Innovation This Experience explores Innovation — bringing to life a new|creative idea that solves a problem or addresses a challenge. Three Essential Elements support Innovation|all of which are associated with the “Workplace Skills” component of the SkillsUSA Framework. Decision Making: Using data|reasoning|resourcefulness and creativity to solve a problem and choose the most effective strategy to innovate. Teamwork: Working cooperatively with others|building trusting relationships and honoring and applying the contributions and individual strengths of team members — all important skills|regardless of whether you are an innovative leader or a member of an innovative team.
