Fundamental Curriculum Bundle (Experiences Course + Pre- and Post-Assessments)

This curriculum bundle includes all the resources a student will need to earn the fundamental micro-credential. This includes the Career Essentials: Experiences fundamental course as well as its pre- and post-assessment. The SkillsUSA Career Essentials: Experiences fundamental course is designed for individuals who are freshmen or sophomores in high school seeking a course that will help you develop and practice your employability skills. Through this course|you will implement - practice|receive feedback|and try some more - the 17 Essential Elements of the SkillsUSA Framework. Learners who successfully complete this course will have engaged in workplace experiences|developed an understanding of the relationship between Essential Elements|and so much more. The learning in this course is designed to be contextualized around the life of a 14- to 16-year-old. You will have a rich|meaningful|and individual experience during each project activity and e-learning module completed. Successful completion of this course (a score of 80% or greater) is one of the two requirements for learners to earn the fundamental micro-credential.* *The second requirement is to earn at least an 80% score on the fundamental post-assessment. The fundamental pre- and post-assessment includes 35 multiple choice questions. Many of these questions are scenario-based and all questions will as you to apply the 17 SkillsUSA Framework Essential Elements.
