Designed for SkillsUSA advisors and chapter members, this guide moves away from prescriptive task lists and instead provides a flexible template that allows members to experience the full process of planning, conducting, evaluating, and celebrating an activity. The included task list template guides members through planning and executing Program of Work activities, beginning with developing an intentional plan that includes instruction aligned to a targeted Essential Element. Once completed, the plan becomes a working tool to monitor progress, support accountability, and evaluate the successful completion of the activity.
