Program of Work Par 3 – Committee Experiential Activity

The Program of Work Committee Experiential Activity is a hands on, team based learning experience that brings the Program of Work structure to life. In this activity, chapter members divide into the six Program of Work committees and collaborate to design and build an innovative miniature golf course Par 3 hole. Each member serves on at least one committee and may take on multiple roles depending on chapter size. Using committee instruction sheets, teams work together to plan, create, and execute their assigned tasks. The activity emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, time management, and accountability while reinforcing the purpose and function of each Program of Work committee. The completed Par 3 holes are judged, providing an engaging and practical way for members to apply leadership skills and experience committee based project execution.
